Matt loves his job; he is often quoted as saying he plans to work at Glidewell for the next 30 years

Matt has a genuine love for his job because he enjoys people, and he loves making the complicated easy to understand.  When he started working for the Glidewell Agency, he quickly found that Medicare clients were his favorite because they often have fascinating stories and life experiences to share.  Over the years, this love for helping people has led him to be a great resource for helping families look at their first term-life insurance policy.  When he’s is not in the office, his 4 boys keep him busy with snowboarding, biking and anything outside.  If you want to make his day, strike up a conversation with him about the Bible, church history, or theology.
