To Our Clients and Future Clients,

I want to take a moment to share how we think about insurance at Glidewell and what you can expect when you work with us.

First, a confession: I love sales.

Not the pushy, transactional, “close-at-all-costs” version of sales that frustrates people and damages trust, but the kind of sales that builds character and relationships. Sales has taught me resilience, humility, listening, and how to care deeply about the person across from me. Done well, it’s an act of service.

But there is another kind of sales, the one most people have unfortunately experienced. The kind that talks instead of listens. That prioritizes quotas over people. That pressures instead of guides. That version has no place here, and it’s why many feel misled or confused by insurance.

Over the last five years, we’ve reshaped our sales approach at Glidewell to make sure the experience feels nothing like that. Our philosophy comes down to three commitments:

Authentic
We show up as real people. No scripts. No posturing. Honesty always…even if that means recommending another option that serves you better.

Competent
Insurance is complex, and you deserve advisors who take their craft seriously. We study, train, and stay sharp so you receive clear, accurate guidance from people who know what they’re doing.

Empowering
Our job is to educate, not pressure. We explain what matters and why, then you make decisions confidently…at your pace, on your terms.

How We See Insurance

To us, insurance isn’t something to sell. It’s a financial tool.

When used correctly, it protects your income, your home, your business, your savings, and your family. When done poorly, it wastes money, creates blind spots, and gives a false sense of security.

Our mission is simple:
Protect what matters most…without pressure or unnecessary coverage.

What We Know You Care About

From thousands of conversations, clients consistently ask:

  • Will we be financially secure throughout life?
  • Could one accident or lawsuit undo what we’ve built?
  • If life throws something unexpected at us, will we recover?

These aren’t sales objections; they’re real concerns. They deserve thoughtful answers.

What Working With Us Looks Like

  1. We get to know you as a person…not a prospect.
  2. Your needs drive our recommendations…never quotas or commissions.
  3. We move at your pace…not ours.
  4. If something isn’t right for you, we’ll say so. Every time.

Is this the fastest way to grow? Maybe not.
Is it the right way? Absolutely.

We measure success by protection, peace of mind, and trust…not policy count.

What We Ask of You

Hold us accountable to this standard. We won’t get it right every time, but we will always strive to. If anything ever feels unclear, rushed, or transactional, tell us.
